We cater our customers in Unites States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and European Union countries. 

What shipping carriers do you use?

Canada Post, USPS, Fedex, UPS, DHL.

How long will it take to get my order?

This will depend on where you are located and which carrier the package is sent with. We try to process and ship orders within 2-5 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email and you can also track your orders here.

Do you provide freeze drying services besides the products that you currently offer?

At the moment, we do not offer any freeze drying services besides our products.

Yes, we have provided jobs to Ukrainian teenagers to help them with their first steps in Canada.
