Job Role & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in using, managing, and appearing across various social media platforms and our website.
• Assist in the creation and curation of appealing social media content.
• Regularly conduct photoshoots and video sessions.
• Knowledge or keen interest in freeze-dried products is a bonus.
• Prepare and stage effective photoshoots.
• Experience with TikTok and Reels will be considered favorably.
• Efficiently coordinate and organize company events, staff meetups, and brand partnerships.
• Propel and enhance our social media image across all channels.
• Draft, oversee, and implement our social media strategies and calendar.
• Design captivating content that enhances engagement metrics.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and integrate them into our strategy.
• Monitor and report social media performance metrics, deriving insights for growth.
• Collaborate with brand ambassadors to curate content for their platforms, such as Facebook Live sessions.
• Oversee our digital footprints – website, social media pages, and email marketing.
• Draft targeted email campaigns based on social media analytics.
• Ensure the content of email campaigns is up-to-date, accurate, and highly shareable.
• Collaborate with our marketing ensemble to design email campaigns via the HubSpot CRM.
• Pitch in with other marketing-centric tasks when required, like event planning.
• Any other tasks or duties as entrusted by the management team.

Language Proficiency:

• English is mandatory.
• Proficiency in French is a plus, but not a necessity.
