After confirming your order and checking stock availability, we promptly dispatch your products. For larger or special orders, please reach out for shipping quotations via contact form.
Reshipment Policy
If your shipment returns to us for any reason and you wish to have it reshipped, please note that you will be responsible for the FULL shipping cost. We will send an invoice to the provided email for this exact amount. If you no longer want a returned order, we will not issue a refund.

Shipping Information
We use the shipping information provided during order completion. Please ensure your address is correct, as we are not responsible for any inaccuracies or incomplete addresses. Reshipment due to incorrect address will necessitate an additional shipping fee.
International Shipping
In the case of international orders, we will provide a gift voucher to our online store as a replacement for lost or damaged products. Please be aware that we do not collect international fees, taxes, or VAT. These charges are the customer's responsibility upon order shipment.
Undeliverable Orders
For orders that are refused by the customer or are undeliverable, we reserve the right to refund your order minus the cost of shipping. A 20% restocking fee may apply.
